The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Ray's art is easily enjoyed and understood as he depicts his subject matter in a realistic, traditional style. Often his scenes are nostalgic and familiar. However, beneath those first impressions lie a complexity of emotions that often cannot be put in words. Viewers are often drawn back to a serenity and peacefulness that perhaps comes from the personality of the artist himself. Although retired now, Ray spent his vocational life as a United Methodist clergy pastoring churches, teaching in higher education and as a denominational administrator. During those years he experienced the yearnings of people for something beyond themselves--some essence, some purity or beauty, or even divinity--which could elevate them to life better...
